These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "You") and jlii ("jlii," "we," "us," or "the Platform"). These Terms apply to all services, features, content, and functionality offered through the jlii website at jlii.app and any associated mobile interfaces.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the jlii platform, you confirm that you:

• Have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions;
• Are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• Are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
• Are not a prohibited person as defined under Section 2 of these Terms; and
• Agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms should be read alongside the jlii Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and jlii.

Access to and use of the jlii platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility conditions:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law applicable to casino-style and online gambling operations under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. jlii employs mandatory age verification (KYC) procedures for all accounts.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling platforms is lawful at the time of use. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of jlii is legal under the laws of your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship, declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction, or otherwise lacking contractual capacity are prohibited from registering.
• Prohibited Persons: The following categories of persons are strictly prohibited from holding a jlii account: (a) minors under 21 years of age; (b) persons self-excluded from jlii or from any PAGCOR-regulated gaming facility; (c) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of jlii and its affiliated entities; (d) persons identified on any government sanctions list or watchlist applicable under Philippine law.

jlii reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access real-money services on jlii, you must register an account and successfully complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process, and to update such information promptly if it changes.

The following registration rules apply:

• One Account Rule: Each individual may hold only one (1) active jlii account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must register using your real full name, valid Philippine mobile number, and a current, accessible email address. Providing false, misleading, or another person's information is prohibited and may constitute fraud.
• KYC Documentation: jlii will request government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or UMID) and may request proof of address and source of funds as required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory KYC completion.
• Account Ownership: Your jlii account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any other person to use your account, credentials, or funds.

jlii processes all personal data collected during registration in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jlii account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. jlii strongly recommends that all players enable 2FA through their account settings.

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify jlii immediately via live chat or at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• jlii will not be liable for any losses, including lost funds or bonus forfeiture, resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any activity conducted through your account will be attributed to you as the registered account holder, unless you have reported a compromise in advance and jlii has confirmed the report in writing.

jlii reserves the right to lock or suspend an account where suspicious login activity, unauthorized access attempts, or potential security breaches are detected, as a protective measure for the account holder.

All financial transactions on jlii are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise stated for specific cryptocurrency payment methods. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: jlii currently accepts GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven cash-in, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Accepted methods are subject to change; please check the cashier for the current list.
• Minimum Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction in the cashier section of your account.
• Deposit Credits: GCash and Maya deposits are generally credited instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer processing times may vary.
• Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund your account or to a verified payment method in your name. jlii does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• KYC Prerequisite: Withdrawals will not be processed until your account has completed the required KYC verification. jlii reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Processing Times: Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically the fastest. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
• Anti-Money Laundering: jlii complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and related PAGCOR directives. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger mandatory reporting obligations and account review.

jlii offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called "turnover" or "rollover") that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified, eligible accounts only. New player bonuses are available once per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Validity Period: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period specified in the promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Bonus Abuse: jlii monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting using bonus funds, placing opposing wagers across multiple accounts, and exploiting promotional mechanics in ways not intended by jlii. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses cancelled and may be permanently suspended.
• Variation and Withdrawal: jlii reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already incurred to players who have already accepted the offer in good faith.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlii platform. Violation of any item in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one (1) account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform while under the age of 21;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform in any way;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, especially in live dealer or multiplayer game formats;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or mathematical loopholes in any game;
• Using the platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction that constitutes a criminal offence under Philippine law;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or otherwise reproduce any part of the jlii platform, its software, or its game content;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward jlii staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.

All content on the jlii platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, brand name, graphical assets, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of jlii or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jlii platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any jlii content;
• Create derivative works based on jlii's intellectual property;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or watermarks on any jlii content; or
• Use jlii's trademarks or brand elements in any manner without express prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlii and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or payment provider outages beyond jlii's reasonable control;
• Losses attributable to unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Interruptions in service due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance;
• Errors in game outcomes caused by third-party game providers, where jlii has acted in good faith in relying on provider-certified RNG and RTP data.

jlii's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your jlii account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jlii's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jlii is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and industry best practices. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Timers: Players may set session time reminders to track time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling for an extended period may request self-exclusion. Self-exclusion locks the account and prevents login for the duration specified. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted through the 24/7 live chat support team.
• Reality Check Notifications: Periodic pop-up reminders displaying session duration and net win/loss figures are available and can be enabled in account settings.

jlii strictly enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement. Any player identified as being under 21 will have their account immediately closed and any deposits returned, subject to identity verification. jlii reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Receipt of a regulatory instruction, court order, or law enforcement directive;
• Detection of bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software;
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered and verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of all KYC checks and the absence of any pending investigations.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the jlii platform, you agree to first contact jlii's customer support team via live chat to seek an informal resolution. jlii will endeavour to respond to and resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR through the applicable regulatory complaint process. By using jlii, you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts and regulatory bodies for the resolution of any unresolved disputes.

jlii reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jlii will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a notice on the jlii platform, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendments are required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the jlii platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
